  Internship

  The internship in Astra Zeneca gave me, on the one hand, the opportunity to participate in the meetings and training organized as part of the internship program for "Pharmacy" students. On the other hand, I entered the working atmosphere of the company:- I took part in the planning and opening of the internship program for "Pharmacy" students, and I wrote an article for the company's website;- I got was part of planning and implementation of the Sales training organized by Deyan Popov. After we discussed the program, I suggested that we add creative and team-building games. During the training, I recorded the proposals, facilitated the group work, and dealt with the logistics;- I organized training on writing a CV, a motivation letter, and a successful appearance in front of an employer. I set my goals, chose the information to include, and wrote the program. The grade that received my training is 90%.- I got involved in organizing the Brand Unified Meeting. My task was to think of a situational game to engage employees at all levels and departments, tailored to the context of the company, allowing the participation of over 100 people to get a specific theme and goals. Through it, we were able to help team members realize the benefits they receive as Astra Zeneca employees. I suggested three games that I know from informal learning books. We stopped at one of them, which we rewrote and further developed in the context of the set goals.- after reviewing the survey for the end of the internship, I suggested that we supplement it with another component - an evaluation of the organized pieces of training.
