  Responsibilities - Designing and building end to end architecture of production ready scalable machine learning models using AWS tools like AWS Sagemaker, AWS Personalize, AWS Lambdas, AWS Step Functions etc. (MLOps) and use them for real-time/batch inference using RESTful APIs on Python Flask (comfortable with any framework). Used the open source tool MLFlow to leverage the model monitoring and performance by incorporating the client into the application itself.- Building pipelines for Large scale production ready Gen AI models into the RESTful application framework using GPT-3, Standard Diffusion, MidJourney for Language Modeling and Img Generation tasks.Accomplishments 1) Built and responsible for an application feature named "G-Trust Connect" [except UI] which helps in detecting the fraud in real-time transactions. This helped in completely eliminating the most frequent fraud patterns that are found across major loyalty platforms. Devised a complex architecture which uses a mix of both supervised and unsupervised ML models and leverages a rule engine on the models created to detect the fraud in the transaction. 2) Responsible for development and improvement of the existing Customer churn prediction feature "G-Retain Connect" which improved the Retention quality of members present in the Loyalty Program by more than 30% 3)Built an end to end real time solution for the text2image RESTful Flask API pipeline which generates images from the prompt provided by the user using Standard Diffusion models provided by Stability AI in AWS Sagemaker. (both SD2.1 base and SDXL 0.9) 4)Developed entire pipeline for MidJourney prompt automation using REST API and MidJourney bot hosted on a private discord server in stealth mode. Created a discord bot which streamlines the prompt automation. 5)Responsible in developing GPT-3 (curie, babbage and Davinci) LLM models for Offer XML generation, Dataset Summarization, SMS and Email template generation.
