      Successfully supported a £150m, 5 year BPO & ITO Transformation Programme. This includes the successful transition of 3.2m policies from a number of legacy systems to the Diligenta BaNCS financial platform. This was completed through 3 separate migration events, as part of the BPO Transformation.Ran the the Central Programme Office function (overseeing the governance of ITO & BPO elements).       Supported the the set-up of the mission control centre in Travelex, the Business Transformation Office, and rollout of PPPM processes – including demand management and Project/Portfolio management fundamentals. Key areas of focus during set up were:• Getting a ‘one version of the truth’ global Portfolio view across all functions • Supported the creation and rollout of PPPM toolkits. Key artefacts included the development of a Global Portfolio tracker, demand templates (Idea, Feasibility Study, Business Case) and Project status reporting packs • Mapped the BTO processes end to end• Engagement with key stakeholders at a global level through regular communications across all platforms• Managed the incoming demand pipeline through the fortnightly Design Authority and Investment Committee • Oversaw the tracking of functional Portfolios through an Execution Board Saw BTO processes transition from a new way of working into a steady state and was part of the continuous improvements to the governance forums, processes and templates to ensure they worked effectively at all levels. Key focus areas during this evolvement period were:• The rollout of Project assurance processes underpinning all ‘Large’ Projects, focusing on 3 formal Stage Gates: Launch, Execution and Closure. • Supported the assurance of ‘Support Function’ Projects – including the set-up of Stage Gate meetings and informal check ins with Project Managers, deep dives of Project artefacts, action tracking and drafting formal Stage Gate assessments• Created a Portfolio “League Table”, ranking Portfolios by Project performance.
