    A seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience driving transformation and growth in the advertising, media, and marketing industry. As CEO of Carat India, I led a multi-faceted team to pioneer innovative solutions at the intersection of marketing, consulting, and technology. I played a pivotal role in dentsu India's shift to the One-Dentsu model, delivering integrated solutions across media, creative, CXM and Business Transformation. My expertise lies in building and scaling high-performing teams and business units. During my tenure at GroupM, I led successful SBUs that leveraged media, content, data, and technology to drive tangible business outcomes for leading Indian and multinational companies. I am recognised for my deep expertise in Comms Planning, having launched GroupM India's first framework and driven innovation across diverse categories like FMCG, durables, fashion & lifestyle, finance and e-commerce. I am passionate about mentoring talent and have a proven track record of creating motivated, well-knit teams. I was part of the Wavemaker Global 'Walk the Talk' initiative for higher representation of women in senior leadership. As a former President of the Advertising Club Bangalore, I am a recognised thought leader committed to driving industry-wide innovation.
