While maintaining the day to day accountability as a general manager of a 1.1 million square foot manufacturing site. Manufacturing plants are located in Utah, Guadalajara MX, Tennessee, Texas, Ohio and Montreal Canada. The plant in Tennessee was a new drug plant start up requiring full commissioning, FDA PAI and scale-up. Complete oversight, accountability and leadership as the general manager for a 1500+ employee base 1.1 million square foot international drug and medical device finished good manufacturing plant. Additional responsibilities of oversight for Guadalajara Mexico plant that manufactures and imports LVP drugs for the USA market. As well, at the same time key leader directly responsible for developing and executing start up of new drug plant in Knoxville Tennessee. Direct operations of large volume parentral drug finished goods manufacturing business unit.
