  Non salaried role in a board of trustees for the EVT. This is a voluntary role. The trust looks to support local charities and non profit groups within 30 miles of Halesowen. Charities which we have helped include Primrose Hospice in Bromsgrove, Scout groups and numerous non mainstream local groups who look to help others not so fortunate.As of November 2016 I have been asked to become the Deputy Chair of the trust. I entrust and empower my team to achieve levels they never knew they could reach. By supporting, encouraging and coaching and observing my team are able to grow and develop. I have had more staff promoted with a cluster. I also encourage my team to undertake professional qualifications, I believe that not only knowledge is power but also trust. Customer want to know they are dealing with professionals with accredited qualifications. I personally have FA Diploma, CeMap, Diploma in Fiancial service management.I encourage my team to understand the emotion behind customers needs. By truly understanding why a customer wants anything we can help them, be it a mortgage or a simple transaction. With this philosophy all branches in the cluster have grown their business and balance sheets. This has resulted in my cluster achieving a 9.5 satisfaction score and an NPS of 77%, the highest in the network.I provide my staff with clarity, skills, knowledge and motivation so that they are in the best position to deliver the highest performance on a daily basis.I am involved with a number of head office projects that require high level strategy planning and consideration before implementation. These include agency banking, three day cheque clearing and recruitment review. I'm involved with complaints at branch level as I am highly competent at root cause analysis.I’m the only branch staff member to be involved with ‘Connect’. This is the Society diversity and Inclusion workforce. I have been involved with ‘Spotlight on Working Parent’, ‘International men’s day’ and ‘Ramadan’ I took full part in this years fast so that I could help encourage others to understand what our Muslin customers and colleagues go through at that time of year, I won the Societies Inspire Award which is voted on by all the Society staff.
