  As a coach for our local, middle school FIRST robotics team, I guide students through the engineering process in order to create a competition-ready robot. Utilizing the skills and talents of local industry leaders, this program helps teens to become future leaders. As the head of this program, I rely heavily on my HR training to recruit community/industry experts to mentor and guide the students in this program.
