As a Program Leader, I had the honor of driving the Teacher Professional Development program in Madhya Pradesh in direct collaboration with the School Education Department. My responsibilities included managing state stakeholders, such as the Directorate of Public Instruction and Rajya Shiksha Kendra, to execute three major initiatives across the state (21st CC program, Physical literacy program, and Art literacy program).I crafted a comprehensive project plan for the TPD program, designing ten monitoring tools and creating a dashboard for trend analysis of data from 52 districts and 313 blocks. Additionally, I organized and facilitated three YouTube live sessions for teachers throughout the state and designed an Elementary Annual Sports Calendar to promote physical activity among students. In collaboration with the State, I established a Program Management Unit, consisting of 100 DPMUs (District) and 500+ BPMUs (Block), to ensure governance mechanisms were in place. I also set up 52 Professional Learning Communities to build the capacity of middle managers by conducting 105 capsule sessions. In addition to these efforts, I oversaw the design, facilitation, and monitoring of "Live Action Projects" in more than 7,000 senior secondary schools across the state. Furthermore, I led the development of 10 Gandhi Fellows and supervised routine administrative processes, HR, and mentoring on professional and personal growth. My expertise in program management and collaboration with various stakeholders led to successful change initiatives. As an executing member of the Life Skills Collaborative project, I implemented glossary tools for 5,000 stakeholders, including adolescents, youth, parents, and teachers, across different levels. My contributions resulted in significant improvements in the education sector in Madhya Pradesh, and I remain dedicated to making a meaningful impact in this field Show less As a Fellow, I had the opportunity to work in collaboration with the Integrated Child Development Scheme (ICDS) to increase the school readiness of children aged 3-6 in 268 Anaganwadi's. I also facilitated continuous training and evaluation resulting in an improved learning environment for the children.Under the Classroom Training process (CRT), I worked closely with class 3 and class 5 teachers to help them develop new and modern practices within their classrooms. My expertise in pedagogical techniques helped to revamp teaching methods and improve classroom learning. As a District Coordinator, I had the privilege of working with NITI Aayog to execute their initiatives in an Aspirational district. To ensure success, I identified and collaborated with 30 hyperlocal NGOs and references to appoint all blocks (10) of Chandauli District, spanning various working domains.I also effectively coordinated with DC/DM and Nodal officers to support targeted communities and presented growth reports on a monthly basis. My expertise in stakeholder coordination and effective reporting ensured optimal outcomes for the project.Through my work with NITI Aayog, I was able to make a positive impact in Chandauli District and contribute to the development of the Aspirational district program.Through my work with ICDS & SED, I was able to contribute to the education sector and make a positive impact on the lives of young children.
