  As a QA Analyst at TAL it is my responsibility to be aware of all projects within my team and any other projects outside my team that directly affect processes and services owned by my team. This helps me with documenting the testing strategy that will be followed as soon as testable work is ready for QA, this includes both API and Front End work for both manual testing and automation test scripting. Once a test plan has been formulated and created in Jira, the process to do the actual testing general run very smooth in the perfect work of course. Since we're live in a not so perfect world, I am required to liaise with the developers with regards to any bugs, unclear features which the product managers generally clarifies. Show less
