  Some of my responsibilities included: •Creating & maintaining Store Archives database (including architectural, construction, and real estate & operations info).•Building & maintaining a comprehensive global master store tracking log, that tracked location, concept, size, relevant dates, ownership, & various other details for every store & point of sale associated with Guess worldwide (involved extensive research for accuracy & validation)•Traveling to multiple international countries creating 3D Virtual Tours of Guess stores with a Matterport scanner, and managing the cloud that housed all the virtual tours. Personally scanned over 60 locations, as well as sourced, bid, hired, & managed the scanning of over 250 other locations by third parties across more than 30 countries worldwide.•Organizing & managing massive internal file system used by all teams within the department. Show less This was a dual position, as both an Information Systems Analyst and a Project Coordinator. Some of the responsibilities as Information Systems Analyst include:•Acting as sole liaison between internal MIS dept, General Accounting dept, and external website-building company to help develop a new customized web-based program for the entire department (which included Purchasing, Construction, Store Facilities, & Store Design teams, and therefore required me to have an extensive understanding of each team’s tasks and responsibilities in order to sufficiently act on their behalf).•Tasks as liaison included, but not limited to: Perform all user-testing, Help build interface between multiple systems, Provide direction & suggestions for implementation & improvement, Create all training how-to guides for both internal and external users, Act as sole internal “super-user” for new system in order to manage all customizations, perform limited troubleshooting, and manage all user permissions.•Performing all user-testing of Oracle EBS system upgrades on behalf of the entire dept.2012 through 2015, I simultaneously kept all the responsibilities listed below as a Project Coordinator in the Purchasing Department. In 2016, I transitioned out of the Purchasing Dept, and instead took on the responsibilities as a Project Coordinator in Construction, while continuing to maintain all responsibilities as Information Systems Analyst.
