  • Led Product Development for VTA's first product (Vayu Darpan). which is a first-of-its-kind environmental data analytics platform and decision-support system. It is currently being evaluated for use in multiple national and international environmental/Climate initiatives• Developed VTA's G2M strategy and represented the Company in discussions with senior members of Ministry of Environment (Govt of India) to validate the new product (Vayu Darpan) for use in national Air Pollution and Climate Change initiatives• Led VTA’s implementation of a 2-year Europe-India collaboration project funded by the European Commission (ECMWF). Was responsible for exceeding project expectations by securing Karnataka State Government as a Customer to validate the project’s proof-of-concept solution for Air Pollution Prediction. Helped conceptualize, present and secure approval from leaderships of BEL and Bangalore Municipality, for an innovative $2.5 million Smart City project Show less This was my first full-time position, and was a seamless transition from University and offered an exploration through various sectors, markets and technology across many geographies.- Joined VTA during its inception and was part of a small team exploring Smart Cities, Urban Development and Environmental sectors in order to identify strategic focus areas for the Company- Worked as a Consultant for 3 of the first Smart Cities Projects in India with companies like Harman, Quess Corp. Gained a clear understanding of the National perspectives on Urban Development and the country's growth trajectory. Also gained cross-domain experience in Bid Preparation and Submission, Technology Architecture and PPP engagement structuring- Represented VTA in a technology immersion exercise through Europe (Belgium, Netherlands and Spain), where 9 companies were visited and 50+ advanced environmental technologies (data modelling and data acquisition) were assessed.
