  Responsible for Fire, Explosion and Smoke Risk Assessment (FESRA) activities on A350 and SAF (Sustainable Aviation Fuel) projects Supporting Research & Technology Projects and PortfoliosAchievements:• Development of Agile mindset and culture at projects and portfolios management• Deployment of Scaled Agile in a 9M€/year project• Launch a SAFe Agile Release Train with 6 teams (acting as the RTE since Jan 2019)• Implementation of Lean Portfolio Management practices Responsible for a multi-site team providing engineering support for components under Airbus Spain perimeter on Final Assembly Lines (FAL) and Flight Lines for A320, A330 and A380 in Toulouse and Hamburg Achievements:• Support new record of A/C delivered every year• A330 NEO Flight test campaign completed as planed• Adaptation of the team to support a new A320 Final Assembly Line in Hamburg Responsible for the definition of structural architecture of rear fuselage and empennage on A350-1000 program, ensuring the technical integration and coordinating engineering and manufacturing teams to accomplish the program milestones WP Leader for two manufacturing workstations for A350 rear fuselage (cost at completion 5M€ and 4M€). I managed external suppliers on the definition, manufacturing, installation and set-up of the workstations Leader of the team that successfully defined the design rules and the best practices applied on A350 design, based on previous developments, the technology state of the art and the tests run to validate new concepts Part of Composite Design Principles team.
