      Planning, developing and executing major acquisition activity for New Zealand’s largest ISP, including through the line campaign development (TV, press, online, DM and email), channel optimisation, call centre training and development. Developed strategies around Xtra’s product and pricing propositions as well as taking new products to market. During my time here I launched 2 new broadband services for the company (Wifi, and wireless broadband), as well as sourcing and launching to market a new range of customer broadband equipment.

Managed largest piece of acquisition activity for the year across UK and Europe with the Christmas referral campaign.

      Managed consumer broadband acquisition activity for O2 Broadband. I was tasked with managing acquisition activity for the consumer segment, this involved working on major ATL and BTL and online communications activity (TV, press, outdoor, DM, email, online), channel optimisation, development of ongoing marketing programs and joint marketing activities with other areas of the business. Grew O2 Broadband to become the 2nd fastest growing broadband provider in the UK, and winner of numerous industry awards (9 out of 11 2009 USwitch Awards including No 1 for Customer Satisfaction and Most Likely to be Recommended, JD Power - Highest Customer Satisfaction 2009, and Broadband Choices - Best Overall Provider 2009).
