For the first six months I sat for the AINS 21 and 23 exams to obtain background knowledge in the P&C Insurance industry. Following the AINS exams I traveled through a variety of departments inside of the corporate headquarters including the Business Services Unit, IT, Marketing, Corporate Legal, Flood, Strategic Business Unit, Claims, E&S, Project Management, and Investor Relations. During the rotations I completed a variety of projects and assignments allowing me to get involved in the day to day operations inside of the departments.
