Lead strategy development and execution to sustain competitive edge for robust portfolio spanning 8 J&J companies and 17 divisions. - Serve as lead negotiator and C-suite liaison to maximize profitability and value delivery. - Emerged as a trusted business partner to C-level stakeholders throughout organizational change including M&A transitions, leadership gaps, acquisition and licensing strategy evolutions, regulatory shifts, and technology advancement. - Ideated and launched western region’s first-ever sustainability initiative alongside strategic IDN partner, initiating pilot recycling project projected to extract 14 tons of carbon emissions from waste stream. - Secured multiple multimillion-dollar contracts including high-value sole-source agreements after positioning J&J as a strategic advisor skilled at engaging customers through data-backed, growth-focused collaboration. - Conceptualized and spearheaded development of M&A playbook outlining processes and procedures for navigating hospital system mergers and acquisitions and led team to deliver tool launched nationally. - Designed and implemented unique contracting mechanisms to position J&J MedTech for long-term viability and open revenue opportunities without majority share. - Orchestrated initiative to introduce transparency and increase supply chain resilience by bolstering demand planning capabilities in collaboration with internal partners.- Captured 70% share with 10% projected additional growth by securing committed agreement between DePuy Synthes and western U.S. IDN to introduce orthopedic trauma interventions at newly acquired 6-facility health system.
