Review and maintain inspection and testing report in particular on the welder performance, weld defect inspection, NDT, PWHT and painting. 14.   1. Review Inspection Test Plan (ITP) and procedure from contractor for piping system and spherical storage tank comply with project specification.2. To inspect and check material receiving, fit-up, pre- & post-heating, visual, spool cleanliness, tagging for spool modification, field weld and shop weld for various of piping material types.3. Dimensional check for spherical tank column stub, equator plate, manhole and nozzle orientation. 4. Monitoring welding work/activity through appropriate WPS with approved welder list and to ensure consumable has been utilize in accordance with approved consumable procedure. 5. Arrange daily surveillance for piping and tank activity on shop fabrication and site erection work. 6. To monitor witness and follow up PWHT, RT, PAUT, Hardness Test & PMI comply as per project requirement or as per code & standard.7. To perform inspection for flange facing imperfection, type of gasket, bolt and witness manual bolt tighten and hydraulic torqueing and bolt tensioning according to the client specification. 8. Piping line-walk after complete installation of piping system and punch any incomplete item in Punch List.9. Final walk-down after complete erection and testing of storage tank and punch any incomplete item in Punch List prior to box-up and handover.10. Review/prepare Test Package according to standard procedure (Tank & Piping).11. To witness hydrotest, pneumatic test, flushing, air blowing and pigging as per approved procedure.12. To perform final line-walk/final walk-down with client for reinstatement line before handover to pre-commissioning team.13. Witness repair activity such as dented pipe and declare as golden joint according to approved procedure.14. Coordinate NDE activity between sub-contractor and NDT contractor for shop & field examination.15. Manage proper storage for RT film based on procedure.16.
