  I was responsible for recruiting new student ambassadors through an interview process and training the student ambassadors. During University open days my responsibilities included helping manage over 300 student ambassadors and giving a presentation on 'Why Choose Exeter?' to the over 2000 visiting parents and students.Represented and promoted the University at UCAS fairs across the country. Travelled to local schools delivering workshops/presentations on student life, student finance, choosing a course, and the EPQ qualification. Furthermore, I led on-campus visits from schools and colleges.   Recruited a diverse range of students who either studied or had an interest in law for a research project. This required strong communication and networking skills to locate the appropriate students. Furthermore, I was responsible for leading a separate research project on the recruitment tools and tactics used by law firms at the University of Exeter.

  Co-ordinating the roll out and provision of the CEDR Foundation Skills for Life and Mediation 101 virtual programmes for young people to develop conflict resolution skills. Assisting with the co-ordination of the CEDR Foundation project on improving Diversity in Mediation, especially the roll out of the CEDR Charter on Inclusivity in Commercial Mediation.Managing the National Student Negotiation Competition for England, Scotland and Wales. Assisted with the co-ordination of the various Foundation’s projects, working with internal and external stakeholders. I further helped with the development of the CEDR Diversity and Inclusion charter and the Skills for Life Programme. As part of my role, I helped organise and manage a 24 hour online story-a-thon, co-ordinating the online sessions for the 93 international speakers.
