Resolve issues that arise as inspections, plan review and building maintenance duties are performed. Assist in the operations of the Building Safety division. Supervise inspectors and plans examiners. Resolve issues with contractors and the public dealing with code compliance. Continue in plan review and inspections as needed. Plan review residential and small commercial projects. Also continue inspecting all areas of construction from remodels to new construction, residential and commercial. I inspect all aspects of construction from residential remodels to large commercial buildings.
