  To minimise the risk of non-compliance to FICA documentation through processing and maintaining customer data accurately as received from internal customer’s by supporting the Bank’s Customer Data Governance policies. Effectively processing all BOP Card rejections, Cash Threshold Reporting (CTR) rejections ,SARB exceptions and Sanctions Screening. Which in return regulates all data of customers transacting out of the boarders of South Africa and reporting in time to the Reserve Bank with 100% correct customer information the first time. By screening we make sure that the branches don't on board Sanctioned individuals and enties. We also so PEP's (Politically Exposed Persons) and make sure they are fully screened and their position is known in the financial sector. Show less
