      • Advocacy & Mobilization: As a UC Communication Support Officer, I organized lobbying, influencing community events, stakeholder engagement, and rallies to encourage polio vaccination and RI among underserved groups. I held UC-level meetings with leaders before each SNID to motivate them and participated in block level coordination meetings to ensure high vaccination coverage for at-risk groups. • Alliance building: I established a network of 'influncers' with contact details of high-risk populations and coordinated with NGOs for social mobilization activities. I maintained regular contact with occupational leaders/contractors to mobilize migrants and nomads for vaccination and oriented religious and community leaders at the UC-level. • Awareness: I raised community awareness about the importance of the oral polio vaccine (OPV) campaign and routine immunization. • Data collection: Identified religious/cultural beliefs and behaviors to inform communication strategies and developed dissemination plans based on IEC requirements. I ensured the quality of log refusal books and collected and analyzed data on polio and routine immunization.• Campaign support: I assisted government partners in covering missed households during Polio rounds and supported the area in charge of developing microplanning through social mapping. • Outreach sessions: I accompanied vaccinator teams during house-to-house campaigns and assisted in vaccinating all children in the community. • Supervision: team & SM: I supported to develop micro-planning, including determining the best timings for vaccination activities, and participated in supervising teams during all seven rounds of continuous OPV vaccinations for Sehat ka insaaf campaign• Innovation: one of my innovations is to put house numbers on doors and carried GPS coordinates, this idea was carried to introduce the Community-Based-Vaccination in Peshawar (CBV), and conducted KAP study to assess the knowledge regarding polio in Tehkal Payan.
