Monthly blood pressure checks and provision of weekly exercises to residents to increase their mobility and prevent falls.

  Laboratory project about quality control and reliability of biochemical analyses. I greatly improved my pipetting technique, as well as learned how to prepare stock solutions, reaction assay, and biochemical analysis for ATP through running the assay on a spectrophotometer, and fluorometer.

  Industrial placement for my Master's project "Smart insoles: an exploration of the technical limitations in different settings on the validity and reliability of output data".Exposure to gait analysis (running and swimming), bike fitting and set up, fitness testing, and sports massage appointments. In addition, helping to improve the protocols and fitness tests.
