I also escorted employees and visitors to special areas. I responded and assisted in medical emergencies with our local Emergency Response Team, as well as serving as dispatcher for the other Western Region sites.

My top priority was to ensure excellent customer service by performing badge processing with correct access to assigned areas and proper documentation in a timely matter. Other responsibilities included alarm and video monitoring, escorts to Security restricted areas, documenting all activity, and internal auditing. I have gained additional experience with Lenel security programs and got introduced to Salesforce.
