Responsible for managing staff and assisting the WRTA with capital project planning and service planning/design maintaining a 40 year partnership between the WRTA and CMRPC; WRTA operational and service data analysis and reporting; Title VI/LEP/EJ analysis and reporting (both WRTA and CMMPO); Transit TIP compliance and updates using MassDOT's GrantsPlus system; Oral and written communication with various stakeholders including FTA, MassDOT's Office of Transportation Planning, MassDOT's Rail and Transit Division, other Massachusetts RTAs, CMRPC municipalities and others regarding policy/regulation compliance, transit expansion/service planning, transit marketing and National Transit Database (NTD) Reporting. Additional duties include being a staff member to the Central Massachusetts MPO, which includes maintaining federal certification requirements and updating the Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP), the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP), the Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP). Also responsible for Title VI/EJ/LEP compliance for both the CMMPO and WRTA.
