  The CPPA partners with large Medical Centers and Academic Institutions across the country to assist in improving the quality of medical care as well as improving the broader patient experience.   As Program Coordinator in the Education Department of the CPPA I oversee the educational design, project management, marketing and program development of over 250 client engagements each year and recently reduced department course expenditures by 75%. I interact with academic and medical center executives both nationally and internationally to assure project needs are clarified and expectations are exceeded.
