All mainframe storage was successfully migrated ahead of schedule. DECC Mechanicsburg storage workload migrating on schedule, despite array issues, customer non-concurrence for outages, and delays in getting hardware.- Briefed status and issues to both DISA and DLA leadership, providing a variety of courses of actions for implementation, and advising on recommended solutions for meeting the needs of all stakeholders. - As Implementation Team Lead, successfully managed a virtual staff of eight civil servant and contractor project implementation leads for DFAS and DLA projects.
