Project Manager, Merchant Acquiring 1. Merchant On-Boarding Simplification Project (Aug 2013 – Dec 2014)Role: Project Manager and Scrum MasterWestpac’s Merchant Acquiring was leaking market opportunities from a lengthy on-boarding process. I was brought in to run a first of its kind Agile project to accelerate the on-boarding of new customers. The project cut the ‘call to install’ cycle time for merchants requesting an EFTPOS payment terminal from up to 18 days to an average of 3-5 days. Time to yes was reduced from an average of 6 days to 15 minutes for low risk merchants and 3 days for applications requiring risk assessment. This project transformed Westpac’s merchant on-boarding and servicing business and double the sales conversion rate within the Merchant Acquiring business. Other project management roles at Westpac:2. Merchant Pricing Flexibility Project (Nov 2011 – Aug 2013)The goals of the Merchant Pricing Flexibility Project were to remove system and process constraints that were preventing Westpac from pricing its merchants flexibly and competitively. The changes delivered by the Project allowed Westpac to introduce Direct Pricing to offset the impact of credit card premiumisation in the market. MPF Project ran for almost two years and successfully delivered all milestones within the project budget of $7m. Team size was up to 80 people with 10 direct reports.3. Project Swipe (March 2010 – Nov 2011)The key objectives of this project were to introduce a new EFTPOS merchant payment terminal for Westpac, St George, Bank SA and Bank of Melbourne brands and transition merchant service provision and support from Keycorp to ACG. Project Swipe ran for 2 years and successfully delivered all milestones within the project budget of $6m. Show less

      Project manager

Project Manager at Equifax, Australia’s leading data intelligence and insights company and part of the Equifax global network. Equifax uses SAFe (Scaled Agile) and Scrum to deliver projects within a fixed supply model. My role is to create and develop self-managing teams to deliver projects within a SAFe framework, empowering them to deliver efficiently, while managing stakeholders and working with Product owners to refine business strategies and priorities. I have managed various programs and projects with differing objectives including:• Developing and bringing new products to market, • integrating Australian products with global platforms, and • implementing a far-ranging security remediation program following a data breach within our American parent.Current Position: Project Manager and Scrum Master IQ Connect VisualVisual is Equifax Australia’s flagship commercial platform using Tom Sawyer visual technology to verify identity, conduct AML, PEP and Sanctions checks, display business ownership structures and liabilities from a Neo 4J graph database. I was brought into build a new delivery team from scratch to drive productivity and innovation. The Visual product subsequently tripled revenue that year (2017). Show less
