  Two major experiences of note: Conducted the roll-out of a SaaS e-Procurement solution in 8 different contries for a major consulting firm. As a project manager, some of my main activities were: data collection, assistance in the choice of solutions, prioritization of evolutions and follow-up with the editor. I also developped a change management plan, wrote training documents and conducted training courses in 4 countries. Managed a 5-person team based in India who were in charge of the technical configuration of the solution.Worked as a project manager on an end-to-end in-house solution for local tax management for a major energy company. My main responsibilities were: business support and functional and technical assistance, definition of specifications, change management and training documents, compliance, quote negociations and data security and confidentiality (GDPR).
