Show less Day to day operations of data dissemination, index calculation, reporting and regular presentation of exchange data to all stakeholders. Main achievements: - Leading role in designing the market structure, trading procedures, business analysis and QA process for the creation of new stock exchange trading system BELEXFIX. - Leader of the team which produced the data reporting infrastructure within the exchange. - Managed creation and operation of verification and testing procedures, which resulted in no faults in trading due to software errors since implementation 10 years ago and no disruptions to trading due to trading mechanisms changes. - Team leader in targeting, negotiating and finalizing the first ever official listings in Serbia. - Leading role in international project of set up of the first internationally branded and tradable index family for sub Balkan (ex-yu) region - Dow Jones STOXX. Show less Market Surveillance department’s role is to track trading patterns in order to discover and sanction market manipulation. - Managing trading sessions and monitoring trading operations and their compliance with applicable legislation, reviewing of trading information and providing trading reports and bulletins to various parties. - Reviewing BELEX regulation and providing appropriate recommendations.- Undertaking necessary studies and reports to develop BELEX business rules.Main achievements: I was solely responsible for the creation of: methodology, rules, calculation procedures and construction of first tradable stock market index in Serbia – BELEX15.
