  I am working as the Finishing Works Block Supervisor for Torun İnşaat, a subcontractor on the 12 block urban transformation project at the Emlak Planlama İnşaat Proje Yönetimi Ve Ticaret A.Ş. Mustafa Ekşi construction site located in Pendik.-Follow the work schedule in collaboration with the responsible parties of the finishing works, ensuring that planning, material, and implementation processes are carried out according to the project requirements.-Prepare quantity take-offs and payment certificates, and conduct attachment checks.-Manage the team and ensure coordination of the construction, mechanical, electrical, and other disciplines in the manufacturing processes.-Use initiative to solve problems.
