  Employeneur of TMC Chemical since 2015. With help of TMC I Joined TNO/Holst centre in April 2015 at the Thin film encapsulation department. From January 2016 I joined TNO/Solliance at the spatial Atomic Layer Deposition (sALD) team of the Thin Film Technology department. Together with the whole sALD team I moved back to TNO/Holst Large Area Technology department in January 2019. My Yourney at TNO ended in May 2020 because I had the wish to go back to the life science industry. And particularly the pharmaceutical industry. By following the post-bachelor course for Qualifcation and Validation engineer made possible by TMC I was able to start a new project at MSD Animal Health R&D IT. Show less

  As an employeneur of TMC I am working on a project in the ALD program of Solliance TNO located at the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven. I work as a R&D engineer on four spatial ALD tools. In our team we process a wide variation of thin films (mostly metal oxides) on different substrates for applications such as solar, flexible display, thin film encapsulation etc. We process on 6 inch substrates, gen1 substrates and roll to roll. Because the tools are self designed and self build I also perform improvement, maintenance and repairation on these tools. Show less

  Within TNO our spatial Atomic Layer Deposition (sALD) team moved at the beginning of 2019 from Solliance (Thin Film Technology) to Holst Centre (Large Area Technology). As an employeneur from TMC Chemical I am hired as R&D Engineer. in the sALD team we perform research and development work in the fields of Barriers, Solar, Batteries, flexible devices and semicon. We develop processes to deposit thin materials (mostly metal oxides) on different substrates/devices with our four unique atmospheric sALD systems (labscale, sheet to sheet and roll to roll). Besides processing on these tools, I work also perform maintenance and improvement of these self build tools to keep them up and running. As tool owner and lab area manager I am also responsible for the safety, order and training regarding the sALD systems. Show less

  Within MSD Animal Health R&D IT Compliance team, I am responsible to reach and maintain the validated state of Computerized Laboratory Systems within various R&D Departments of MSD AH using System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach. For this I am mainly focused to support the Boxmeer R&D Labs, however, as a team we perform at a global level to support all MSD Animal Health R&D sites. Some additional challenges and responsibilities include Inspection Support, simplifying existing processes, and implementing new processes. Next to that, I support R&D labs in their projects like Lab Relocations new purchases. Show less
