      Sept 2015 - Sept 2016
      Superintendent - lean operating system

My role in the Integrated Ops team is to support and enable the organization-wide adoption of Lean to drive operational excellence. Focused on driving continuous improvement from the bottom up.I engage with Analysis and Improvement (A&I) teams at the mine site operations to support and coach their use of Lean.Established organizational visibility of performance, issues, and innovation activities. I led the design and development of a SharePoint Visual Factory solution enabling centralized access to all Level 1 Information Centre KPIs from our four operations and Level 4 corporate functions. Through the Visual Management principle, the operations can use Information centers to manage by status and exception. Additionally, I developed a problem-solving (3C strip) solution in SharePoint embedded in the Info Centre design. Used to track problem-solving processes across the organization following the Plan, Do, Check, Act cycle. Leveraged email communications to notify responsible actors and track their progress. Our work in Integrated Operations established visibility of all Info Centre KPIs from Level 1 to Level 4 on four operations and our regional corporate offices. This represents a significant milestone in our adoption of Visual Factory and use of Policy Deployment within our Operating System. Show less

      Nov 2021 - now
      Sales and marketing manager

Leading the sales and marketing function at GENEO across our lean toolsets and consulting is a great opportunity to transform my experience in asset optimization and process improvement from the mining industry to a broader range of businesses. At GENEO, we are focusing our SaaS offerings to the North American market, with an emphasis on aviation and mining, but with plenty to offer to any business concerned with improving asset availability through digitization. Our TEMPO product is an exciting evolution in planned maintenance, bringing frontline technicians into a digital framework that drives up asset availability while driving down complexity in the execution of the process. Supervisors are excited by the new visibility they derive from the platform to understand the real time performance of their teams in each bay, workshop or hangar. Maintenance planners are keen on TEMPO for the conversion of paper based job cards, work instructions, checklists, inspections, risk assessments and much more into a digital medium that technicians interact with via mobile devices in the work area. Business improvement engineers have broader accessibility via the digital connectedness TEMPO introduces across technicians end of shift work reports that include capture of images, concerns, observations and continuous improvement insights. Let us at GENEO help you and your front line maintenance performance achieve next level availability and reliability. Visit our website for more information. Show less
