Assignments included in the 27th Engineer Battalion (Combat) (Airborne) at Fort Bragg, NC, the 536th Engineer Battion (Combat Heavy) at Fort Kobbe, Panama, and the Huntington District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Deployments included to Honduras for school and airfield construction, to Saudi Arabia and Iraq for Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm, to El Salvador for bridge, school, and road construction, and to Ecuador for school and medical clinic construction.
