  For almost a year between 2019-2020, I worked at Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers, a fast food place serving hot and ready chicken fingers as well as various sides. I worked many different positions while employed there, ranging from cashier to drive-through to the kitchen. Raising Cane's greatly emphasized efficiency and urgency while maintaining a customer-first approach. I enjoyed my time working and there and it was where I first learned the skills required for customer service.

  Head lifeguard

  During the summer of 2022, I worked as a head lifeguard for Aquatic Advisors, a pool and aquatics company based in the Greater Houston area. As a head lifeguard, I oversaw duties and responsibilities in various pools and water parks. I had to be alert and quick-paced while maintaining patron safety as well as perform various non-stand lifeguard duties.

I was able to create value in these people's lives by providing them financial advice in everything from life insurance, disability, healthcare, retirement savings, 401ks, etc.
