  My team and I were contracted for a three week design sprint for ThinkVet, a responsive web app for mobile vets, designed for ThinkPredict. As interaction designer, I was primarily responsible for sketches, wireframes, design iterations, and our InVision prototype. I also created storyboards and synthesized research and test data to inform design decisions and iterations.

  In my design process, I take a holistic approach for each project, choosing methods and deliverables best suited to solve the particular problem. My freelance work includes creative problem solving, conducting user research, site mapping, persona creation, developing user and task flows, wireframing, and prototyping. My favorite tools are Sketch, InVision, and Omnigraffle. Recent projects include:- Designing a native app for Raven and Fox, which included creating task flows, wireframes, mockups, redlines, and clickable prototypes.- Assisting with the design of a mortgage company website.- Creating mockups for a new startup's pitch deck.   Ux designer

  My primary role at TenPoint7 was UX design for the application, addy.ai. Addy is a versatile MLAAS, NLP tool that allows data scientists and non-data scientists to utilize cloud AI/ML to simplify research and gain insights quickly and easily. While at TenPoint7, I- Owned UX for the NLP application addy.ai, including a full product redesign and designing subsequent new features- Performed various research activities including contextual inquiries, user interviews, mental modeling, persona creation, usability tests, surveys, and observations via Hotjar- Led a workshop on the Why, How, What framework to help align the team on the product mission and branding- Worked directly with developers on design implementation, including travel to Vietnam to lead the handoff- Worked with developers to design a new website advertising the product, and later used Drupal to implement updates - Started holding weekly design reviews to strengthen company design culture- Designed marketing assets (emails, landing pages, social media imagery, stickers)- Provided UX input as needed for other company projects Show less
