  As a project manager at upGrowth, my main responsibility was to bring together different teams—both within our company and with our clients—to create and maintain effective marketing and PR projects. This meant working closely with CEOs, strategists, product developers, operations managers, and various other stakeholders to ensure that projects were completed successfully.One of my key achievements was consistently delivering projects within approved budgets, timelines, and quality standards. I also focused on fostering collaboration among diverse teams to ensure that marketing programs were executed effectively, whether they involved internal staff or external contributors like freelancers and interns.In addition to managing projects, I played a hands-on role in implementing cost-efficient strategies, utilizing organic marketing approaches and tapping into the talents of young interns and freelancers. My work spanned across multiple regions including India, Australia, and the USA, and I was heavily involved in social media marketing and strategy, managing platforms like Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google My Business. Furthermore, I had the opportunity to manage the pan India marketing for a not-for-profit foundation and collaborated with over 200 SMBs from various sectors to help them grow through social media and growth marketing initiatives.
