I was a strategic partner to develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the College’s fiscal function, and to provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports and related trend analysis.I worked diligently to ensure the University was in compliance with Federal regulations, State regulations, and University policies and procedures. At the same time, I used diplomacy and a collaborative leadership style to interact successfully with all the internal and external customers of the University, including faculty, staff, students, administrators, trustees and legislators. I believe in providing staff with opportunities for professional and personal growth, and understand completely the role diversity plays in strengthening an organization. Show less
