  Returned to the Six Flags WaterPark each summer throughout high school and college to lead, train and run continued education events for the lifeguards of Six Flags Fiesta Texas. I also planned and initiated employee events to boost morale and retention. I even enjoyed being on the lifeguard stand just like those I was leading, and interacting with many guests. Best summer job ever.

I was personally focused on building future programs and fundraising events within budget guidelines. I also worked to coordinate world wide marketing initiatives, and build sponsorships and lasting relationships within the military and local Japanese community. Built a position that planned and executed morale boosting programs for military communities in Japan that did not have a physical USO center presence. Planned and executed morale boosting programs for the troops and their families in Sasebo, Japan.
