  Manage Personnel Security for a U S Army Major Command (MACOM). Disseminated policy and regulations to subordinate to ensure optimum performance of personnel security programs within the organization. Conduct suitability determinations for all new appointed Sexual Assault Response Coordinator (SARC) in support of organizational Sexual Harassment/Assault Response Prevention (SHARP) program. Conducted analysis, improved and implemented Program Management through Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt) project that streamlined TSCIF Request process resulting in a savings in man hours from 22 hours to 8 hours that contributed to cost avoidance of $48K and reduction in project lead time (PLT). Reduced defects from 96.77% to 16.6%. Improved process cycle time from greater than 2 days to 1.37 days per request. A 5 year Control Plan is estimated to result in $230K cost avoidance. Project has been submitted through the DoD Enterprise Performance Management System (DEMPS) as a DoD-level Replication Project and has already been replicated in an Army Reserve program.Conceptualized MS SharePoint projects by applying Lean Six Sigma principles to present business process to improve process and efficiency on various staff projects resulting in increased management control, process performance, mitigating risk of insider threats, and reducing paper storage.Automated program process (MS SharePoint) that increased program management controls and reduced insider threat for PSIP, JPAS and DCII account management.
