  Grateful to serve as a resource to our PruittHealth facilities in the great state of South Carolina. We at PruittHealth strive to meet and exceed the expectations of our residents while providing exceptional care and great customer service promoting a family like environment for our partners. Served as the administrator of Pruitt Health - Magnolia Manor. Magnolia Manor is a 100 bed skilled nursing facility located in the heart of South Georgia. We provide a state of the art therapy program that includes the availability of nautilus equipment and an aquatic center. Our facility has been recognized for providing exceptional care with a compassionate and empathetic workforce that always has the goal of exceeding the expectations of our residents and clients. Pruitt Health - The Oaks Bethany is a 168 skilled nursing facility that has a 48 bed memory support unit. Together, our team achieved an overall 5 star CMS rating and 5 deficiency free COVID-19 Infection Control Surveys. Pruitt Health - Ashburn is a 76 bed skilled nursing facility in Turner County, Georgia. Here I gained knowledge and experience by managing the day to day operations of the facility. In my time at Pruitt Health - Ashburn, our team achieved a CMS 5 star rating and earned a deficiency free annual survey. During this time, I completed a NAB Certified AIT program with Pruitt Health and received a licensed certified nursing assistant certification. I gained hands on experience, from an assigned preceptor, by completing a 1,500 hour program in a skilled nursing facility. I gained a tremendous amount of knowledge in all facets of skilled nursing and the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid rules and regulations. Serving as an admissions director, I provided information to our community regarding Pruitt Health amenities and services offered by marketing to various hospitals, doctor’s offices, assisted living facilities, retirement homes and senior centers. By planning, organizing and conducting interpersonal meetings, I worked to build positive relationships with case managers, social workers, doctors, nurses, and other healthcare personnel to increase facility awareness and grow our business.
