Developed territory to 13 district offices and 1500 staff which accounted for sales in excess of US $5 million. Full responsibility of multiple districts in my operating region. Region included 4 district offices in Houston, McAllen, Corpus Christi, Lubbock, Midland, Amarillo and Mexico. Instrumental in business development in Brazil, Argentina and Chile during this time period as well. Opened offices in South America that were also under my supervision.

Responsibilities include initial phone contact, set up customer meetings, presentation on how the program works and typical credit challenges that affect many consumers, document customer budget and historical background, pull customer credit reports and present customer with a final analysis including program costs, options and time required to obtain a home.
