I also led an Oracle-wide, cross-team learning consortium to increase collaboration and share best practices with other teams at Oracle and was the Oracle primary contact for our membership in Elliott Masie's Learning Consortium. More recently, I worked on projects involving user assistance embedded in products, AI, machine learning and deep learning. I have spent the past couple of years upskilling in this area, including becoming proficient at coding in Python. I was heavily involved in competitive analysis research, data mining and analytics, user experience research, intelligent and intuitive product design, and design of intelligent systems.
