  Nationwide Building Society - MDC R23 Project:Total finding 277 valid defects in 9 months including 95 Critical & High Defects. After 9 months, I was already picking up lead activities such as coordinating the setup of Master Test Condition sheets on Excel to allow the team to track test condition statuses and ensure traceability. In addition, I quickly built my understanding of HP ALM where work packages and corresponding defects were stored. Towards the end of this project, I was given full responsibility of the Browser and Device testing where I had to plan resources, testing schedules and test outcome reports.Nationwide Building Society - Mortgage Modeller Project:I then moved onto an AGILE project to help develop a new mortgage website for internal bank use by Mortgage Consultants. I progressed this project from Release 1 through to Release 3 which is now being used by over 500 Mortgage Consultants within Branches across the country. During the Warranty phase, I became the sole-tester on this project and was assigned responsibilities such as producing Weekly Summary Reports, carrying out Quality Assurance, System Integration Testing and CTC testing, along with producing Test Outcome Reports to be approved by the business. I have picked up skills on the AGILE ways of working and Microsoft VSTS as a way of tracking User Stories, Test Scripts and Defects Identified.Nationwide Building Society - Agile @ Scale Re-Mortgage Project:I have picked up the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for this project using the Acceptance Criteria and previous knowledge of Mortgages. This project was shortlisted for Team of the Year at Nationwide due to their Agile practises and collaborative work. I have recently been helping to pick up more Test Manager responsibilities in this team including being Sole Responsibility for Defect Re-tests on JIRA and produce Test Outcome Reports for each AGILE release.
