  The company has recently divested into a singular Yoplait which is now entirely separate to General Mills. I am currently working in a customer collaboration capacity looking after all BIG 4 supermarkets in the UK. (Tesco, ASDA, JS and Morrisons). I am responsible for product performance, accuracy and BIAS, Waste reduction, I look after daily, weekly, and monthly forecast collaboration both internal and external with customers to ensure top quality promotions, new product launches and ongoing SKU volume alignments. I build and establish relationships both internal with commercial, supply chain and SLT, while also working to establish relationships externally with the same parties at each of my customers. I am currently senior in role and responsible for inhouse training and mentorship of other customer demand planners.I create and lead presentations both internally and externally. I look after product derogations, customer communications and escalations, work with customers on strategy and price saving opportunities and juggle the internal/external and needs/demands of peers across the business by using great relationship building and knowledge across various supply chain roles to make sure that we are all on the same page.
