  Led and participated in several pilot studies to determine current gaps in clinical residency training within the Nigerian and American Pharmacy residency training resulting in design and adoption of strategies to bridge gaps.Insight from the data led to Ghana and Sierra Leone indicating interest in adopting the IPPR using the DELSUTH model. At the same time, the Federal Government of Nigeria has agreed to scale up the program to 6 more tertiary healthcare centers in Nigeria.Analyzed data on the impact of training at 1 year 6 months on patient care outcomes and clinical pharmacy practice, with insights visualized and presented at the West African Regional Conference of WAPCP.
