  Microsoft Azure : Leveraging advanced data collection/processing techniques in Azure (Synapse, Logic App, Azure Functions, Eventhub, Azure AutoML, Azure Custom Vision), we are able to extract valuable insights from unstructured usage data, providing a comprehensive view of our product performance.Predictive maintenance: currently developing a sophisticated predictive maintenance model that utilizes advanced techniques such as LSTM-AutoEncoder and ExtraTreesClassifier to detect and predict potential equipment failures that may not be easily detected based on engineering knowledge alone.Create and automate Power BI reports to visualize Usage/Service data from lab, field tests, clients and SAP, providing valuable insights for data driven "product development" and "service optimization".Monitor our lab data and generate alerts when anomalies are detected. These alerts are sent via email to the specified team to enable them to quickly analyze the issue and make informed decisions. Show less
