I worked closely with various stakeholders to identify improvement areas and streamline our processes, focusing on the EMEA region and ultimately leading to a successful implementation worldwide.Post-launch: My role as a Program Administrator involves ensuring the accuracy of system data, optimizing customer-facing documentation, and creating and refining customized process flows. In preparation for post-launch, I played a central role in creating and implementing a training plan for the entire EMEA Credit Control team, promoting the tool’s key features and refining our collection methodology. Show less Besides managing a team of Credit Controllers, responsible for the timely collection of outstanding debts, I also worked on identifying optimization opportunities to make workflows more efficient. I did this by (further) developing tooling or getting different teams together to achieve common goals. Examples are:• Participation in the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) program as a representative of the Credit & Collections team.• Improving tooling (developed during my role as Credit Control Supervisor). • Creation of Power BI Dashboard to use system data and have it interpreted and visualized. This solution was rolled out across all EMEA regions. And the dashboard has also evolved over the years.• Collaborating with different teams and aligning work processes to ensure a successful Purchase-to-Pay process. Show less The most significant aspect of my role as Credit Control Supervisor was designing a new process and implementing tooling, which supported the team in creating visibility and control over their ledger. I worked closely with the Business Intelligence team to extract complete and accurate information from the system to transform this into usable data for this tooling.As Credit Control Supervisor, I was given additional responsibilities to that of a Credit Controller:• Leading a team of Credit Controllers to achieve collection goals;• Act as an escalation point for within and outside the accounts receivable department in the absence of Credit Manager;• Provide authorization on order processing outside of policy;• Provide reports to management as required;• Organize and prepare documentation for weekly write-offs;• Organize and prepare documentation for refunds.
