      Corporate trainer, leadership development

Spent the first 8 months in this role assessing and learning about Lominger competencies and identifying technical competencies for the entire organization through a company called HRSG. Reviewed all of the company's 400+ position descriptions to create consistency in language and format, while assigning competencies and the applicable ratings for these competencies based on each individual position description. This involved consulting with high levels of leadership within the organization, learning about their areas, and identifying and determining key competencies for each unique area. Transitioned into finding process efficiencies for our Leadership Development Program within Servus, developing and designing content, and using my previous Instructional Design skills to provide technical support to my team, while engaging in our Leadership content, and practicing the skills espoused in the program.
