This includes but is not limited to eLearning, Instructor-led training, virtual classroom training, job aids, manuals, etc. I also assisted with the various stages of this process, following the ADDIE model of design. I trained courses in addition and in relation to my instructional design role: Using virtual training software, and designing and delivering impactful presentations. This role mainly focused on member service. I conducted financial transactions for members, offered advice based solutions dependent on my member's needs and goals. and was responsible for many administrative tasks and duties.
