 - Pt bank jtrust indonesia tbk.Aug 2015 - Jun 2017- When management decided to reorganize again as of January 16, 2017, in order to improve and re-evaluate the existing accounts, I was asked to strengthen a department responsible for managing accounts categorized as watch list from corporate, commercial, and SME segments, while They rearrange the new business model, which is expected to be even better for those segments.My Responsibilities are:- Dealing with Watch list Customers from Corporate, Commercial, SME & Mikro Segmentation in order to decrease the number of troubled borrowers - Conduct a review of three pillars and collate the account strategy of each customer, and grouped them into Maintain, Phase Out, or Exit Customers - Submit a review and proposal of a credit facility of each existing customer in the first point to Credit Committee, including, if necessary, rescheduling or restructuring of credit facilities, in order to obtain correspondence between the credit facilities obtained, with the size of the business, the business model and the ability to pay- Do Monitoring and evaluation of customers referred to in the first point periodically with complete documentation- Organize the people (team), their job description, and goal setting to ensure the aim of the department is reached and led them with a clear direction for execution- Conduct periodic reviews on the KPI team to control the organization in order to remain on the aim of the Department, by applying Coaching, counseling, and mentoring methods to improve the performance and as a preparation of a cadre of leaders- Conduct performance appraisals by KPI achievement for a remuneration package- Report directly to the Remedial Management & Credit Reposition Division Head and to the Managing Director of Credit-As the holder of credit approval authority for SME and Consumer Segment with Limit Submission up to Rp. 2 billion Show less With the change of the organizational structure, the Regional and Branch are not involved in the credit process, so the Regional Business Development position doesn't exist anymore. The process is now centralized into 5 Business Centers in Jakarta called Retail Business Centers (RBC).
