      ● Created CW Mechanics Failure Action Plan at RDU1 to maximize productivity while minimizing CPT misses and dwells in the event of CW mechanical failures. On the first night of rollout over 300/340 CPTs at risk were saved using the plan I created.● Created the plan, rolled out by the “did you know” standup segment for AMs to increase their team’s performance through education. The session highlighted the departmental trends, network standard and team performance in the problem solve department. This led to a 52% improvement in problem units on RT and a pack DPMO improvement of 10% at RDU1.● Championed the development of the L4 AMs on the RT shift through mentorship and strategically assigning projects that highlighted their strengths and allowed them to strength any areas of opportunity. Both L4s on the shift are rated TT after less than 1 year in role.● As president ORF Women @ Amazon, I’ve harbored an environment in which diverse backgrounds are respected and valued; a space where women are comfortable enough to be their authentic selves and we have been able to achieve measurable success through our initiatives. During Q4 we have held 4 events that have garnered participation from over 87 leaders across the Long region. Most importantly we have embodied our tenant Sonoka which means “reach back while climbing” and aligned ourselves with two Hampton Roads organizations UpMentoring and G.I.R.L.S to do our part in leading young women throughout the Hampton Roads community to activate their limitless potential.
