      I manage the day to day operations of the Weissman Foundry, a space dedicated to cross-college trans-disciplinary education between Babson, Olin, and Wellesley Colleges. The Foundry focuses on making with a purpose, building and maintaining a unique community culture, entrepreneurship, and prototyping.I hire, train, direct, and mentor a team of 30 in effective hands-on tool and content training techniques, executing 40+ small (10-15 individuals) and 6+ large scale (300+ individuals) events yearly. I manage the purchase of tools, equipment, and supplies. Under my leadership usership of the Foundry increased fivefold, the number of trainings given increased fivefold, and the percentage of Babson students who have taken at least one training from 10% to 50%.
